Immigrants will receive apartments for five years without paying rent: details of the new program

For those who have recently evacuated from dangerous regions and are looking for new housing, there is great news. A charitable initiative was launched in the Kyiv region, which gives displaced people the opportunity to get free housing. This is a unique opportunity for those who lost their homes as a result of the war.
The program is called “Hansen’s Town” and offers several housing options for displaced persons from Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk and Kherson regions.
The main features of the program
- “Hansen’s Village” in Tarasivka: the possibility of living for up to 5 years without rent, with the need to pay only for utilities.
- An apartment building in Sofiivska Borshchagivka: free accommodation for 5 years is also offered, with payment of only utility costs.
- “Miracle Town” in Kolonshchyna: free permanent residence that even covers utilities.
How to apply
The application for participation can be submitted through a special form, where you need to enter your name, contact information, family photo and other personal data. It is also worth telling about your employment, income level and family circumstances, as well as describing your history since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
Who founded the program
The project “Hansen’s Town” was started by the American philanthropist Dell Loy Hansen. Its purpose is to help those who lost their homes as a result of Russian aggression.
