In the Register of Damages Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the submission of applications from legal entities and government agencies will be launched

In the Register of damages caused by the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, they plan to open the possibility of submitting applications from legal entities, state bodies, institutions and enterprises that have also suffered significant losses. About this reported Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“We plan to launch applications for legal entities and state bodies, institutions, and enterprises that have also suffered significant losses. We will make Russia pay for all the suffering and destruction. For this, we are working on the complete confiscation of Russian frozen assets. We have a strong coalition of support from more than 50 countries and organizations that are helping Ukraine on this path.
Ukraine firmly stands on the position of bringing the guilty to justice and restoring justice. We call on all Ukrainians to submit applications to the Register, because each such application is a step towards ensuring that Russia will not remain unpunished.”Shmyhal said.
The Prime Minister noted that Ukrainians can now submit applications to the international Registry of Damages through the Diya portal under six new categories: forced displacement within the country, serious bodily injury, sexual violence, torture, restriction of freedom (captivity), and forced labor or service.
