Unknown persons attacked military personnel of the TCC during the latter’s performance of their official duties, inflicted physical injuries on them and damaged military equipment. The incident occurred during the verification of military registration documents. Additional police crews and ambulances were promptly dispatched to the scene.
“Citizens of Ukraine who committed this crime will be brought to justice in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At this time, they are already wanted, because they fled the scene of the crime.” – the message says.
The TCC reminded that in accordance with Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations is punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to eight years.
