The aggregate income of the leading construction companies of Ukraine reached 49.49 billion hryvnias, which is 41% more than in 2023. The total profit increased by 1.6 times and amounted to 3.09 billion hryvnias. About this informs analytical platform Opendatabot.
For the third year in a row, the top three has hardly changed. The majority of the revenue — 75% or 36.9 billion hryvnias — falls on five companies engaged in road construction. Another 20% is provided by four companies specializing in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. One company in the rating works in the field of exploratory drilling.
Odesa Automagistral-Pivden, owned by Oleksandr Boyko, took first place. In 2024, the company earned 13.2 billion hryvnias, which is 27% of the total income of the leaders and exceeds the figure of the previous year by 1.6 times. The company’s profit was a record 1.36 billion hryvnias.
The Vinnytsia company “Avtostrada”, headed by Maksym Shkil, became the second. Its income increased by 30% to 10.8 billion hryvnias, and its profit also increased by 1.6 times, to 74.6 million hryvnias. In third place is “Rostdorstroy” from Odesa, associated with Yevgeny Konovalov and the deputy of the Odesa City Council Yuri Schumacher. The company increased its revenue to UAH 6.85 billion (+15%), but profit decreased by 25%.
The fourth place was taken by the Lviv company “Onur Construction International”, the founders of which are Turkish businessmen Chetinjeviz Onur and Ihsan. It increased revenue by 30% to 3.82 billion hryvnias, and profit almost tripled to 418 million hryvnias.
Atelier de France Kyiv, which specializes in the restoration of architectural monuments, came in fifth place. The company, owned by the Frenchman Courtois Antoine, Philippe, Marie, increased its revenue 6.4 times to 2.9 billion hryvnias, and its profit tripled to 44 million hryvnias.
“Ferrostroy” from Poltava region returned to the list after a one-year break. The company’s income increased by 1.7 times to 2.62 billion hryvnias, and profit by 2.6 times to 298 million hryvnias. The main profile is construction of buildings.
The company “Kosul”, which is part of Rinat Akhmetov’s SCM group, fell to seventh place, losing a quarter of its income – 2.6 billion hryvnias, although the profit increased by 8% and reached 758.8 million hryvnias. At the same time, it was this company that provided a quarter of the profit of the top ten leaders.
“Kyiv Energy Construction Company”, owned by Volodymyr Vypirail, recorded the largest increase in profit – 8.8 times, up to 16.9 million hryvnias. At the same time, income decreased by 6% and amounted to 2.3 billion hryvnias.
Another newcomer is “Techno-bud-center” (owners Yarem Andriy and Khanin Yuriy). The company increased its revenue by 1.6 times to 2.2 billion hryvnias, and its profit by 1.5 times to 26 million hryvnias.
