Kazakhstan urged its citizens to urgently leave Ukraine: what was the reason

The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan appealed to its citizens to consider leaving Ukraine for security reasons.
As reported on the official website of the diplomatic institution, the decision is related to the growing tension in the country.
“Due to growing tensions and for security reasons, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine recommends that citizens of Kazakhstan consider leaving the territory of Ukraine”, said the statement of the diplomatic agency.
To leave Ukraine, Kazakhstanis are offered land routes through Poland or Moldova, followed by the use of commercial flights. At the same time, citizens are reminded that a Schengen visa is required to cross the Polish border, while entry to Moldova is allowed without a visa.
The diplomatic mission also emphasized the importance of observing security measures. Citizens are advised not to ignore air warning signals, take shelter immediately and follow the instructions of local authorities.
The embassy calls on all citizens of Kazakhstan to be as careful as possible and not to ignore air warning signals. In the event of an alarm, you should immediately go to the nearest shelter, strictly observing safety measures and following all instructions of local authorities.

In recent weeks, the Russian Federation has increased its attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine. In particular, during the rocket attack on Lviv on September 4, 66 people were injured, including 10 children. The city declared a day of mourning.
