Naftogaz hired recruiters for 2.7 million hryvnias to search for candidates for the post of chairman of the board
Naftogaz Ukrainy JSC concluded an agreement with Korn Ferry LLC to provide recruiting services for the search of candidates for the vacant position of the chairman of the board in the amount of 2.7 million hryvnias based on the results of the tender. informs “Prozorro” system.
According to the terms of the contract, within the first month the company must monitor the market and provide information about potential candidates. Next month, the selection stage will take place: interviews, verification of competences and experience, formation of a short list of 3-5 candidates, organization of meetings with the customer and presentation of conclusions based on the results of the interviews. After that, the company will advise the customer on the final choice of the candidate until the moment of his official employment.
Requirements for candidates include a full higher education in the field of energy, economics or management, additional education in the field of business administration or management, as well as proven management experience in management positions in large companies, holdings or energy groups over the past 10 years.
We will remind that currently acting the chairman of the board of Naftogaz is Roman Chumak. In December 2024, the Verkhovna Rada appointed the previous head of the company Oleksiy Chernyshov to the position of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of National Unity of Ukraine.
