BILD analyst Julian Ryopke sharply criticized the “Victory Plan” presented by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
“There will be no accession to NATO, there will be no permission to strike deep into the Russian Federation with Western weapons, there will be no joint anti-aircraft defense against Russian aircraft. And the complete liberation of the country is not even mentioned. There are no words.” – wrote Ryopke on his page in X (Twitter).
He explained that what surprised him the most was not the wording of the plan’s points, but the fact that all of them had already been rejected by Ukraine’s Western partners.
“There is not a single point in the plan that could actually lead to a fracture on the battlefield”, the analyst said.
We will remind that Zelenskyi presented in the Verkhovna Rada a five-step Victory Plan with three secret annexes. Among the main points are the invitation of Ukraine to NATO, the continuation of the operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of Russia, as well as the proposal to place in Ukraine a non-nuclear strategic deterrent package that will guarantee protection against any military threat from the Russian Federation. In addition, the plan includes joint initiatives with international partners to protect and share critical resources.
Zelensky emphasized that the implementation of this plan could help end the war by the end of next year.
