Міністр фінансів України Сергій Марченко заявив, що наразі немає планів щодо підвищення податків або запровадження додаткових фіскальних заходів. Про це він повідомив під час “Години уряду” у Верховній Раді. Трансляцію виступу вів народний депутат Олексій Гончаренко. “Ніяких планів щодо фіскалізації ми не плануємо, підняття видатків не передбачаємо і все буде здійснено в умовах, передбачених чинним законодавством”, — наголосив Марченко. Міністр зазначив, що в пріоритеті зараз — підготовка бюджетної декларації на 2026–2028 роки. Документ охоплюватиме різні сценарії й стане відповіддю уряду на потенційні фіскальні ризики. “Звичайно, ми розуміємо і в цьому році реагуємо на ті ризики, які вже матеріалізувалися, і в нас є відповідь на ці питання. І щодо фінансування на 2026 рік. Це не є якимось ‘секретом Полішинеля’ і зараз ми активно працюємо над тим, щоб ми мали відповіді на будь-які варіанти розвитку подій”, — зазначив очільник Мінфіну. Марченко підкреслив, що уряд розглядає як сценарії воєнного періоду, так і можливі варіанти після завершення війни. “Ми маємо бути до цього готові. Тому готуємо зараз відповідні пропозиції”, — додав міністр, не вдаючись у подробиці. Крім того, він повідомив, що наступного тижня у Вашингтоні відбудуться традиційні “Весняні зустрічі” Міжнародного валютного фонду та Світового банку, у яких візьме участь українська делегація. “В нас будуть активні консультації з міністрами фінансів наших країн-партнерів, з Міжнародним валютним фондом, зі Світовим банком, де ми окреслимо наші ризики, застереження, і покажемо, що ситуація потребує додаткової підтримки, над якою ми активно будемо працювати з прем’єр-міністром Денисом Анатолійовичем (Шмигалем)”, — підсумував Марченко.

The minister noted that the priority now is the preparation of the budget declaration for 2026-2028. The document will cover various scenarios and will be the government’s response to potential fiscal risks.
“Of course, we understand and this year we are reacting to those risks that have already materialized, and we have an answer to these questions. And regarding financing for 2026. This is not some kind of ‘Polishinel secret’ and now we are actively working to ensure that we have answers to any options for the development of events.” – noted the head of the Ministry of Finance.
Marchenko emphasized that the government is considering both wartime scenarios and possible options after the end of the war.
“We have to be ready for this. That’s why we are now preparing appropriate proposals.” – added the minister, without going into details.
In addition, he said that the traditional “Spring meetings” of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank will be held next week in Washington, in which the Ukrainian delegation will take part.
“We will have active consultations with the finance ministers of our partner countries, with the International Monetary Fund, with the World Bank, where we will outline our risks, reservations, and show that the situation requires additional support, on which we will actively work with Prime Minister Denys Anatoliyovych (Shmygal)“, Marchenko concluded.
