The Cabinet of Ministers approved changes to resolutions No. 76 and No. 1332, which regulate the procedure for booking conscript workers at critical enterprises. About this reported Ministry of Economy.
Starting from December 1, 2024, the booking procedure will again be available through the Diya portal. For this, enterprises must obtain or renew the status of critical importance in accordance with the new mandatory criteria. More than three months have been allocated for this business process – until the end of February 2025.
As specified in the message, enterprises that already have the status of critical importance will be able to book new employees during the transition period or continue booking for those who already have this status. This opportunity will be available until February 28, 2025. After updating the critical status, companies will be able to reserve employees for up to 12 months.
The government also noted that after the audit, the process of updating the critical status for all enterprises, taking into account the new criteria, was launched. In particular, the level of wages and the absence of tax debts are taken into account.
“We have given more than three months to all enterprises to update the status of critical importance. At the same time, for the efficient operation of the economy, we have allowed critical enterprises during this transition period, while the criticality update is in progress, to book or rebook employees”, – explained Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrativ.
