Over 61% of top Ukrainian companies are based in Kyiv: “Opendatabot”

The share of Kyiv companies among the 210 most successful in Ukraine has been growing for the third year in a row. If in 2023 it was 59%, then in 2025 it increased to 61.4%. About this informs “opendatab”.

Among the ten largest companies in Kyiv in terms of revenue, D. Trading ranks first with an annual revenue of over UAH 215 billion. It is followed by Energoatom (UAH 207 billion), Naftogaz of Ukraine (UAH 157 billion) and Naftogaz Trading (UAH 124 billion).

PrivatBank (UAH 110.5 billion), Ukrnafta (UAH 105 billion), Ukrzaliznytsia (UAH 103 billion), Ukrenergo (UAH 101 billion), Ukrgazvydobuvannya (UAH 100.6 billion) and Silpo-Food (UAH 93 billion) also made the top ten.

The composition of the leaders has not changed since 2024, but compared to 2023, there have been some changes: the Kernel-Trade company was on that list, and Ukrzaliznytsia was not yet in the top 10, but now it is in seventh place.

The largest number of leading Kyiv companies work in the telecommunications industry, the banking sector and the field of gambling – 10 in each direction. Another 9 companies operate in the field of television, radio broadcasting and book publishing. For the first time, the top five industries included professional, scientific and technical activities, with nine companies. It displaced the transport and postal industry, which was in the top in 2023.
