Some drones can be very dangerous due to the presence of radiation sensors or other hazardous materials. About this reported the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in its Facebook post.

The State Emergency Service explained that drone debris can be extremely dangerous for the civilian population.

“What makes drone debris dangerous? It may contain unexploded ordnance or explosive devices, hazardous substances such as chemical weapons. Some drones are equipped with radiation sensors or materials. Sharp debris can injure and cause infections.” – says the message.

Citizens are categorically warned not to touch the wreckage of drones, not to keep them at home, not to disassemble them for scrap metal, as this can cause an explosion, serious injuries or even death.

The State Emergency Service urges everyone to report suspicious objects immediately by calling 101 and not to try to investigate or move them on their own.
