Terms of Use for the Website fact-news.com.ua

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to regulate the relationships between the information-analytical agency “FACTS. ANALYTICS. COMMENTS. TRENDS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) and users of the website fact-news.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

All exclusive property and non-property copyright rights to the information posted on the Site belong to the Agency and the authors of materials, unless otherwise stated in the text. Information includes all materials posted on the Site, including articles, news, blogs, interviews, etc.

Any use of the Site’s materials is permitted only under the conditions specified below.

Use includes any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcasting, cable communication, processing, and other methods provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”.

Partial use of materials is allowed only under the condition of a direct, open to search engines hyperlink to the direct address of the material on the Site (for Internet media) or direct reference (for other media).
“Partial use” includes:

– reporting facts for which the Site’s publication is the source;
– verbatim quoting of no more than 30% of the text of a news item on the Site;
– verbatim quoting of no more than 10% of the text of an article on the Site;

The hyperlink must be placed no lower than the 2nd paragraph of the material.

“Direct reference” means a phrase like “reports FACTS. ANALYTICS. COMMENTS. TRENDS”, “writes FACTS. ANALYTICS. COMMENTS. TRENDS”, “according to the material of FACTS. ANALYTICS. COMMENTS. TRENDS”, etc.

Any phrases with references that diminish the role of the agency in obtaining, processing, and formulating information when using the Site’s materials are prohibited.

Reprinting in full is prohibited without the written permission of the Site owner (Agency).

Any commercial use of information, reproduction of texts or their fragments for the purpose of commercial realization of access to this information is strictly prohibited.

The Site Administration (Agency) reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes come into effect from the moment a new edition is published on the Site.

Site users agree not to use the published materials for purposes that contradict the laws of Ukraine, moral and ethical norms, and principles of public order.

Violation of the above terms will be considered as a violation of intellectual property rights and information rights. In such cases, the Agency reserves the right to protect its rights in court, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

In the case of using the Site’s materials for scientific, educational, or research purposes, all specified conditions must be adhered to, and written permission from the Agency must be obtained if the volume of the quoted material exceeds the established norms.

The Agency welcomes the quoting of its materials on social networks, blogs, and forums with the obligatory indication of a direct link to the original source. However, such quoting must not mislead about the authorship of the material and cannot be used for commercial purposes without the special permission of the Agency.

All questions related to the use of the Site’s materials can be directed to the support service through the special feedback form available on the Site. The Agency commits to promptly reviewing all inquiries and providing clarifications on questions of interest.

Site users acknowledge that they have read these Terms, understand, and accept their conditions. Use of the Site fact-news.com.ua confirms the user’s agreement with the terms of these Terms and the obligations arising from their fulfillment.
