The branch is located at Overvliet 2 and is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00. Here, customers can send and receive documents and parcels weighing up to 100 kg. Delivery from Ukraine to the Netherlands takes from 6 days.

The company emphasized that every parcel is automatically insured by Nova Poshta. In case of damage or loss of the shipment, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the appraised value.
Customers can order a courier to be called to any address in the Netherlands to pick up the prepaid and packaged shipment. The service is available through a multilingual website, a personal account or a mobile application in Google Play and the Apple Store.
