Russia carried out about 170 attacks on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with the greatest pressure on two fronts: General Staff

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked the Ukrainian Defence Forces in 11 frontline areas, with a total of 169 combat engagements. The most tense situation is observed in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy conducted four offensive operations near Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, 16 combat engagements were recorded, during which Ukrainian troops repelled attacks near Holubivka, Sinkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnykivka, Berestove, Zahryzove, Kruglyakivka, Vyshneve and Pershotravneve.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces stopped nine attacks, mainly in the areas of Hrekivka, Terny and Dibrova.
Adversary aircraft bombed the areas of Toretsk, Druzhba, Petrivka and Diliyivka, trying to advance near Toretsk four times.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 27 attacks where the enemy tried to break through the defences near Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Promen, Sukhyi Yar, Novohrodivka and Vyshneve.
In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian forces are holding back the offensive of the occupants, who made 27 attempts to break through near Illinka, Ostrovske, Dalne, Antonivka and Katerynivka.
In the Vremivsk sector, our troops stopped 12 attacks in the area of Trudove.
In the Orikhivsk sector, the enemy made one attempt to attack in the direction of Novodanylivka.
In the Prydniprovsky sector, Russian troops tried to attack three times, but without success.
The operational situation in the Volyn and Polissya sectors remains stable, with no signs of enemy offensive groups forming.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts reconnaissance and shelling.
Ukrainian troops continue operations in the Kursk sector, where the enemy launched 28 air strikes using 40 guided missiles and launched 13 attacks that were successfully repelled.
