Svyridenko noted that the Ministry of Digital Transformation recognized these companies as critically important on the basis of the absence of debt under the EUS, the level of salary and the status of a resident of Diya.City. However, given the public outcry, the minister promised to look into the situation in detail and analyze each company separately.
The Minister of Economy also announced plans to speed up work on updating Cabinet Resolution No. 76, which regulates the issue of employee reservations, so that it meets the modern requirements and needs of business.
“We understand that booking specialists is a legitimate business right and an opportunity for the country to support the economy with taxes. But this issue should not divide society, especially in such a difficult time. We will update the resolution in order to find the optimal solution that will meet the request of the military, but at the same time will allow the economy to work“, Svyridenko stressed.
