The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Concept of the State Targeted Social Program for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports until 2030
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine confirmed Concept of the State targeted social program for the development of physical culture and sports until 2030. The document defines strategic directions, takes into account current challenges and creates the basis for profound changes in this area.
“The document outlines strategic orientations, responds to modern challenges and lays the foundation for systemic changes in the field of physical culture and sports. The goal of the concept: to create a holistic vision of the development of the field, adapt it to new social needs and legislative changes, ensure sustainable development and improve the quality of life of citizens through physical activity and sports.” – explained the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
The concept provides for the formation of a physically active and healthy society, the development of adaptive sports and the system of physical culture and sports rehabilitation, support for the preparation of Ukrainian athletes for participation in international competitions, as well as the implementation of digital solutions in the field of physical culture and sports.
It is expected that the implementation of the program will contribute to the strengthening of national potential, the creation of a stable and active nation capable of responding to modern challenges and worthily representing Ukraine at the international sports level.
