The CCC calls on young men who turn 17 this year to register for military service by July 31
By July 31, young men who are turning 17 in the current year must go through the military registration procedure. Such information made public in the Chernihiv territorial center of recruitment and social support.
The notification states that registration takes place through the entry of information into the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. This is possible by going through electronic identification and clarifying personal data through the conscript’s electronic office or by appearing in person at the district (city) TCC and SP with the submission of the appropriate package of documents approved by the Ministry of Defense.
“We emphasize that the inclusion of citizens of Ukraine in the military register of conscripts is not equated to conscription for military service! Instead, the inclusion of citizens of Ukraine in the military register of conscripts is carried out for the purpose of determining the available human potential, establishing the educational level of citizens, studying their personal qualities.” – said in the center.
At the same time, the TCC specified that persons who are serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty or for whom coercive measures of a medical nature have been applied are not subject to military registration. Those who did not register for military service within the prescribed period will be able to be enrolled only after personal arrival at the territorial recruitment center.
