The project was implemented thanks to the financial support of Spain. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation of Spain, José Manuel Albarez Bueno, emphasized the importance of the initiative, stressing that culture is the foundation of freedom.

“I am happy to open a cultural center here. Despots have always hated culture. It is the first victim of a tyrant. We, democrats, always protect culture. Because the people cannot be free without culture. All of Europe and the world understand that you are protecting. Our help not only diplomatic and cultural, we also provide humanitarian aid, weapons. Today, Spain is on the right side, with our Ukrainian friends.” – he emphasized during the opening of the hub.
