The government has removed the possibility of crossing the border according to the letters of the Ministry of Digital Transformation

From the Rules for Crossing the State Border removed letters from the Ministry of Digital Affairs as a basis for allowing men to cross the border. Thus, the permit was valid for less than three days. The relevant reference was made to the Rules by Cabinet Resolution No. 244 of March 4.
Then the government supplemented the rules with paragraph 2-22, according to which men between the ages of 18 and 60 who are engaged in professional activities in the field of strategic communications, media and information were allowed to cross the border. The pass was carried out by authorized representatives of the State Border Service in the presence of relevant supporting documents.
In addition to letters from the Ministry of Culture, letters from the Ministry of Digital to the Administration of the State Border Service, which confirmed the participation of a specific person in the event, were considered such documents. The letter indicated the planned date of departure, estimated date of return, mode of transport and checkpoint.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs could issue such a letter in case of participation in activities related to ensuring the operation of the multimedia platform UNITED 24 (UNITED 24 MEDIA). However, the Cabinet of Ministers decree No. 282 removed all references to letters from the Ministry of Statistics from the rules.
