The program will become the main component of cooperation, which is confirmed by the signed Memorandum between the Ministry of Strategy and Industry and KSE. This document is aimed at strengthening the defense potential of Ukraine.
“The document envisages cooperation in research on education, human capital, and the development of production potential, as well as joint implementation of educational projects for Ukrainian manufacturers of weapons and military equipment, exchange of expertise and support of defense business leaders in matters of strategic development and capacity scaling.” – the message says.
As part of the Smart Force Academy program, owners and managers of defense sector enterprises will be able to undergo training in various modules during the year. The format involves regular offline sessions in a secure, closed environment.
Classes will include lectures and seminars with an open participatory format, panel discussions in the defense business environment, analysis of real examples and field trips to industry production facilities.
“The program will cover a number of topics important for the defense sector: sales to the state, development strategy, attracting investments, financial management, R\&D, building processes and their scaling within enterprises, operational efficiency, production processes, as well as interaction with foreign partners”, – Herman Smetanin explained.
The list of speakers will include representatives of government structures and leading industry experts.
