The Russian army attacked Kostyantynivka and Rayhorodok in the Donetsk region: two people were killed, there are wounded
On May 22, Russian troops carried out an artillery bombardment of Kostyantynivka and attacked the village of Raihorodok in the Donetsk region with a kamikaze drone. As a result of these blows, two women, aged 54 and 51, died. informs Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office.
Kostyantynivka was struck by barrel artillery. One of the shells hit a residential building directly, resulting in the death of a 54-year-old resident. Her 27-year-old daughter received numerous injuries: mine-explosive, open craniocerebral, as well as injuries to the head, neck and lower limbs.
Russian forces used a Lancet-type attack drone against the village of Raihorodok, Kramatorsk District. The impact fell on the territory near a local trading point. A 51-year-old woman who worked as a saleswoman at a kiosk died. Another victim — a 39-year-old resident who traded in the market — received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel injuries and was hospitalized.
Kostyantynivka is located approximately 12 km from the front line, while Raihorodok is more than 27 km away. Under the procedural guidance of the Kostiantynivska and Slovyanska District Prosecutor’s Offices, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes under Part 2 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
