The Russian army attacked Kremenchuk with missiles and drones: there are hits on energy facilities

On the night of June 21, Russian troops launched a massive missile-drone attack on Kremenchuk, in Poltava Oblast. As a result of the impact, energy infrastructure objects were hit. About this informs Volodymyr Kogut, head of Poltava OVA.

“The enemy once again carried out a massive combined attack on the Poltava region. Most of the means of attack were shot down by the forces and means of air defense”. – says the message.

In various areas of the city, both direct hits and debris falling on energy facilities and open terrain were recorded. Departments of the State Emergency Service are working on the spot to eliminate the consequences of the impact. One casualty is reported – the person received injuries of moderate severity.

Mayor of Kremenchuk Vitaly Maletskyi clarifiedthat the shelling also affected residential areas of the city. Private and apartment buildings were damaged – windows were broken, window frames were damaged. Cars were also damaged. According to residents, at least 40 explosions rang out in the city during the night.

We will remind, on June 15, Kremenchuk also suffered a powerful blow. At the time, local media called the attack one of the largest since the start of the full-scale invasion. Energy and agricultural infrastructure facilities of the Kremenchug community came under attack. A private house, a car and a power line were damaged.
