The higher anti-corruption court decided to hand over to the state the car and the copyrights to 9 songs of the singer Taisia Povaliy, who is suspected of collaborating with the occupation forces. About this reported in VAX.
The following became the property of the state:
- a BMW car;
- a device for firing bullets with rubber or elastic metal projectiles with similar properties of non-lethal action;
- Main rights to 9 songs, among them: “I will hug you”, “Love, understand and listen”, “Guardian Angels”, “The Day Before”, “I Just Want”, “Beads of Love”, “More than Close”, “ I’m flying into the blue distance with you,” “Good morning.”
In addition, 7 plots of land in the Kyiv region, a private house and an apartment were transferred to the state.
We will remind you that the Security Service of Ukraine is in absentia announced the suspicion of the singer in collaborative activities, public calls for war and justification of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
According to the investigation, Povaliy left for Russia, where she received citizenship and publicly supported the Kremlin. In an interview with a Moscow publication, she praised Putin and called for the capture of Ukraine.
The singer also tried to discredit the Ukrainian defenders who fought for Kyiv, and in occupied Luhansk she openly supported the occupiers from the stage, praising their participation in the war.
