PrivatBank announced an update of its tariff policy, canceling the fee for servicing salary projects for all entrepreneurs and business clients. From now on, companies that pay wages to employees on PrivatBank cards can use this service for free. About this reported in the press office of the bank.
The zero tariff applies both to new users and to customers who have already connected salary projects. Yevhen Zaigraev, a member of the bank’s board, noted that the decision was made on the basis of a constant analysis of clients’ experiences and their wishes.
“We constantly analyze the customer experience and customer wishes in order to change the service for the better, so today more than half of Ukrainian businesses pay their salaries through PrivatBank, because the bank’s modern technologies will allow us to significantly simplify and automate the payment of salaries, which works for business efficiency. In addition, only PrivatBank business customers have the unique opportunity to create, edit, copy salary information and manage the list of recipients right in a smartphone.” Yevhen Zaigraev explained.
The bank also emphasized new opportunities for managing salary projects. Business customers can create, edit and copy payroll information directly from their smartphone. In the updated “Privat24 for Business” application, accountants and managers can view already created documents, create new ones and make payments.
