The United States resumed the supply of GLSDB high-precision bombs to Ukraine

The USA has resumed the supply to Ukraine of modernized high-precision gliding bombs GLSDB (Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb), adapted for effective countermeasures against Russian means of radio-electronic warfare. About this informs Reuters.
These munitions can return to the battlefield in the coming days, because their stocks are already in Europe. The last time the Ukrainian military used GLSDB was a few months ago.
Previously received bombs turned out to be vulnerable to Russian electronic jamming systems, which reduced their effectiveness. That is why, in recent weeks, 19 test launches of modernized versions, which are designed to increase resistance to electronic interference, have been conducted.
The GLSDB is a precision munition with a range of up to 100 miles (161 km) that combines the GBU-39 aerial bomb and the M26 rocket engine. They allow Ukraine to strike logistics centers and ammunition depots of the enemy located outside the front line.
