The Russian Federation launched a series of rocket attacks on Kharkiv and the region

On the night of Tuesday, August 6, the Russian Federation launched a series of rocket attacks on Kharkiv and the region. As a result of the shelling, there was destruction and a fire broke out.
The first explosion was heard at 00:30 before the announcement of the air alert, as is often the case in Kharkiv. An air alert was announced in the Kharkiv region at 00:36. Explosions were also heard in the city at 00:49, 01:03 and 01:26.
After the first explosion, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov wrote in Telegam:
“Explosions were heard in the city. Sounds like an incoming flight. Be careful in any case.”
Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, reported in Telegram on 01.11:
“At 00:50, the occupiers attacked Circus of Kharkiv district.
A residential building was damaged, a fire broke out.
At this moment, information about the victims has not been received.”
At the moment, no details about the series of explosions have been reported by local authorities.
