Trump wants to resettle 1.5 million Palestinians from Gaza

US President Donald Trump said that during a conversation with King Abdullah II of Jordan, the plan was to resettle more than 1.5 million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to other countries and build housing for them. About this informs CNN.
Trump suggested the king consider accepting more Palestinians in Jordan.
“I told him I’d like you to take on more because I’m looking at the whole Gaza Strip right now and it’s a real mess.”, – he noted.
Trump also expressed a desire for Jordan and Egypt to join in resettling refugees. He plans to discuss this issue with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
“You’re talking about a million and a half people, and we’re just going to resettle them all.”, – emphasized Trump.
He explained that potential housing can be both temporary and long-term.
