Ukraine received the fourth mobile rescue station from Rheinmetall

The German concern Rheinmetall handed over another mobile rescue station to Ukraine, already the fourth. About this it is said in the company’s press release.
The modular system consists of three cargo trailers, each of which is equipped with two container modules with sliding elements. When deployed, these elements form a full-fledged medical center with separate areas for triage, emergency care, x-ray diagnostics, surgery and resuscitation.
“Ukrainian soldiers took part in the training at a high professional level. Especially in the current operational conditions, the safe handling of systems and medical equipment is crucial to saving lives on the front lines”, — noted Armin Krenn, CEO of Rheinmetall Mobile Systeme GmbH.
During the training, the main attention was focused on the operation of the mobile infrastructure and the functioning of the medical and technical equipment installed in the containers. Among other things, ventilators, X-ray machines, patient monitoring equipment and key surgical instruments were studied. Procedures for rapid deployment of the station, patient care and interaction between medical teams were also developed.
Separately, it is emphasized that Rheinmetall has received orders for further deliveries of stations and conducting new training courses, the implementation of which is planned until the end of 2026.
