On the morning of June 1, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on residential buildings in the city of Balaklia, Kharkiv region, where civilians were located.
For information Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, 12 people were injured as a result of the attack, including 8 children aged 2 to 17 and a pregnant woman. All victims were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity, one minor is in a state of acute stress reaction.
At the time of the shelling, there were 12 people in two houses. As a result of the rockets hitting residential premises, fires broke out. Fortunately, the rescuers managed to quickly localize and extinguish the fire.

- Chuguyiv district, village Yurchenkov. A private house, a garage, and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of the KAB shelling.
- Kharkiv district, village Kozacha Lopan. A private house was on fire as a result of being hit by a UAV.
- Kharkiv district, village Kozacha Lopan. A car was on fire as a result of a Russian UAV attack. Another car and a garage door were also damaged.
- Cherkasy Tyshki of Kharkiv district. As a result of the rocket attack, the house was damaged.
- Chuguyiv district, village Shestakovo As a result of the Russian attack by KAB on the farm territory, 2 men were injured. 32 animals that were on the farm died.
- Ruska Lozova of Kharkiv district. As a result of Russian anti-aircraft fire, a private house and commercial buildings were damaged.
- Chuguyiv district, Bely Kolodyaz village. As a result of the rocket attack, 7 buildings were damaged.
- Vovchansk. As a result of shelling of the KAB, a house was destroyed, one person was injured.
In addition, the number of people killed as a result of strikes in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv increased to 7, including four men and three women. The search is ongoing, two more women may be under the rubble.
In the Kharkiv direction, the Russians continue to use guided aerial bombs on Ukrainian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Also, according to the information of the head of the OVA, the enemy tried 10 times to storm the positions of the Defense Forces in the Kupyansk direction. Fighting is still ongoing near the settlements of Petropavlivka, Berestovka and Druzhelyubivka.
