Head teacher, head of household, and cook killed in ballistics strike on lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi (video)

Russian troops carried out a missile attack with ballistic missiles on the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in the Odesa region. As a result of the attack, the educational institution was destroyed, three people were killed – the head teacher, the head of the farm and a 60-year-old employee of the school canteen. About this reported Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

“As a result of the Russian strike in Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky, three people died. Currently, it is also known about at least twelve wounded. Three injured are in a serious condition. The other wounded, including two teenagers, are in a moderate condition. They are being provided with all necessary medical assistance.”, says the message.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi also commented on the attack:

“An absolutely insane impact of a Russian rocket just hit the lyceum in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region. According to preliminary data, it was a ballistic missile strike. There were no children at the lyceum – it’s vacation now. But there were lyceum workers. Unfortunately, there may be people under the rubble. We already know about three dead. The lyceum is actually completely destroyed. The rescue operation is ongoing. All necessary services are involved.

None of these Russian strikes are accidental – the Russian army knows exactly where it is hitting. And these are demonstrative strikes. The leadership of Russia is not going to change, it is not going to end the war of its own free will. That is why we need a real and painful increase in pressure and sanctions for Russia.”
