Schoolchildren will be taught to work with artificial intelligence: how to take a free course

The summer of 2024 is full of educational events for Ukrainian schoolchildren. Online schools hold classes to make up for gaps in education caused by the war, private schools open free access to interactive courses, and specialized companies offer children creative development or training in IT technologies. In particular, a course on the basics of using artificial intelligence will start on July 1.

The Mathema platform offers teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17 to participate in distance learning in a summer camp, the shift of which will last from July 1 to July 26.

The camp program includes 8 interactive online lectures aimed at:

  • To provide basic knowledge about artificial intelligence (AI) and the principles of its operation.
  • Show the connection of AI with mathematics and demonstrate the use of mathematical methods in the creation of AI systems.
  • To develop creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving skills in children.
  • Learn to use language models for text generation, translation and content creation.
  • Familiarize yourself with tools for generating images and videos using AI.

Mathema is an online math learning platform that has been running over 30,000 lessons every month since 2021. Its purpose is to help students fill knowledge gaps, prepare for tests, exams, and homework, as well as develop analytical skills and build a strong knowledge base.

Training in the camp is free of charge. All willing schoolchildren of the appropriate age can register. To do this, you need to fill out the form at the link – here.
