Eating food is an indispensable part of every person’s life, it can be confidently stated that life is impossible without food. What we consume depends on both health and appearance, our work capacity and intellectual activity. Of course, many culinary inventions have appeared in our time. There was a time when food was only a way to satisfy hunger, but this is not about the present time.

Did you know that only wealthy people could afford sugar? Therefore, when a rich European had black teeth from sweets, it could only mean that the person was very rich.

Also an interesting fact about the banana, which is not a fruit, but only a herb. After eating a banana, a person begins to release an odor or an enzyme that attracts mosquitoes. So, as you plan to relax in nature, it is better to refuse eating bananas on this day.

Speaking of culinary habits, everyone knows that East Asians mainly eat spicy food. The dishes are dominated by such hot spices that it is simply impossible for Europeans to eat them. Scientists have even managed to prove that if a pregnant woman consumes a lot of spicy food while carrying a child, the child’s body will develop its excellent tolerance. That is why Asians who consume a lot of spicy food easily digest it. By the way, it is very difficult to find a Chinese person who eats dairy products.
