In 3 days, thousands of Ukrainians posted resumes on the new portal for employment in the army

Last week, the Ministry of Defense launched a social advertising campaign “Be yourself”. One of the main elements of the strategy to popularize service in the Armed Forces was the creation of a job search portal. The site allows draftees to independently choose a military specialty in accordance with their knowledge and skills.

In just three days of operation of the “Be yourself” portal, 2,420 citizens who have a desire to join the Defense Forces of Ukraine in a specific specialty posted their resumes there.

“By direction, the most resumes were received by vacancies related to work with UAVs (232 reviews on 115 vacancies) and intelligence (208 reviews on 54 vacancies). In addition, during this period, 115 new vacancies were added to the portal and 4 new divisions were created”, – reported the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

In addition, the department calls on business representatives and all those who have media opportunities for wide dissemination of information to join the advertising campaign to popularize the new portal. Some companies are already helping to implement the “Be yourself” project.

“Hundreds of companies and organizations have placed informational posters with a QR code at their points of sale, after scanning which you can quickly go to the link and get all the information about joining the ranks of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.” – said the Ministry of Defense.

“Be yourself” is not the only digital innovation from the Ministry of Defense. Last month, an application for updating military registration data “eRezerv” was presented. Recently, an online recruiter’s office also appeared and online queues for the TCC were introduced.
