This is a small copy of a castle in Thuringia, built on a scale of 1 to 4. The total area of the palace is only 46 square meters. There are only two rooms in the castle. The last owner of the mini-palace died in 1986. Since then, the castle has been protected as an architectural monument.
It is forbidden to live in the smallest castle in Germany, because according to the documents it is a garden house. It is used for various public events, such as weddings. Over 60,000 visitors have visited the palace over the past 10 years.
How much does the castle cost?
The smallest castle was put up for sale at a price of 1.9 million euros. This is about 41.3 thousand euros per square meter. The park adjacent to the palace is being sold together with the house. The area of the park with exotic trees is 3,000 square meters.
It should be noted that the future owner must properly maintain the architectural monument and leave it open for visitors.
