A bail of 20 million hryvnias was made for Tetiana Krupa, ex-head of Khmelnytskyi MSEK
The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s office informed that the bail of 20 million hryvnias was set by the court for the former head of Khmelnytskyi MSEK Tetyana Krupa, who is suspected of illegal enrichment.
“As of September 11, 2025, the defense side provided the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office with supporting documents on the deposit of bail in full for the former head of Khmelnytskyi MSEK, ex-deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council and the person’s performance of all procedural duties assigned by the court, the message says.
SAP recalled that on September 2, the prosecutor filed a motion with the court to extend the preventive measure in the form of detention for the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK.
On September 4, 2025, after listening to the arguments of the parties, the investigative judge of the VACS partially granted the request, changing the preventive measure from detention to bail in the amount of 20 million hryvnias. The court also imposed a number of procedural obligations on the suspect, including handing over to the State Migration Service all passports for traveling abroad and other documents giving the right to cross the border, as well as wearing an electronic means of control.
We will remind you that in October 2024, the State Bureau of Investigation reported that it suspected the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Examination Center and her son of illegal enrichment. According to the investigators, during the searches they found almost 6 million USD in various currencies in cash. The law enforcement officers also established that the official’s family owns a number of real estate properties in Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, Kyiv and abroad.
In addition, criminal proceedings have been opened regarding the illegal registration of disability for men who sought to avoid mobilization. The official herself did not publicly comment on the case.
