From September 18, businesses get access to ePermit: what services can be used

The Unified state electronic system of permit documents (eDozvil) has been launched, which will become available to entrepreneurs on September 18. The first electronic service available through the Diya portal will be the possibility of registering a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of labor protection legislation. About this reported Yulia Svyridenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
“We are launching the eDozvil system. Already on September 18, entrepreneurs will be able to register a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of labor protection legislation on the Diya portal”, – she said.
Automation of the process As noted in the Ministry of Economy, this functionality will be especially useful for enterprises that work with heavy machines and mechanisms. Last year, more than 13,200 entrepreneurs submitted declarations, and in 2024, for the period from January to July, almost 8,000.
Previously, when submitting documents, some entrepreneurs encountered problems due to insufficient information, which led to the return of documents and a repeat of the entire process. Thanks to yesPermit, the process of submitting declarations will be automated: the system will monitor the completeness of data and prevent the return of documents. This means that if the declaration was successfully sent through “Action”, it will be automatically accepted by the system.
Future services The Ministry of Economy is also working on expanding the functionality of ePermit. For example, already in October, a service for extending the deadline for settlement of export-import transactions will appear. Previously, this process took several days and took place in paper form, but now the submission of documents will take only up to an hour and will also be available through Diya.
The extension of terms will be especially useful for operations involving the import of complex technical products or military goods.
Digitization of permit processes The Ministry of Economy plans to fully digitize all permit documents and licenses. According to Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksandr Tsyborts, the ministry’s ambitious goal is for 100% of permits and licenses to be issued in electronic format, and the average time for their processing to be one working day.
We will remind that the government decided to launch the ePermit system at a meeting on July 5, 2024, and the corresponding bill No. 7331, which simplifies the conditions for doing business during martial law, was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on July 17. In the future, entrepreneurs will be able to quickly submit applications, obtain permits, pay for administrative services and clarify information about their enterprise.
