SBU strikes Russian enterprise producing fuel components for Kh-55 and Kh-101 missiles

Drones from the SBU’s Alpha Special Operations Center struck a plant in the village of Redkino, Tver Region, where rocket fuel components are manufactured. This was reported by an informed source in the SBU.

According to the source, the enterprise produces components of the rocket fuel “Decylin-M”, which is used in the Kh-55 and Kh-101 missiles, as well as special fuel additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene.

After the drones hit the plant, a large-scale fire broke out, and thick black smoke rose above the facility. Active burning at the enterprise was recorded by the FIRMS service, which tracks fires in the world in real time.

The Redkinsky Research Plant is under sanctions from the United States, Great Britain and a number of other states.

“The SBU continues systematic strikes on key facilities of the Russian military-industrial complex. The affected plant is an important link in the production of cruise missiles with which Russia attacks Ukraine. Even a temporary suspension of its work complicates the production of rocket fuel and reduces the ability to maintain the intensity of shelling of our cities,” the source noted.
