Germany announced that it had provided Ukraine with all available air defense missiles

Germany announced the actual exhaustion of its own stock of missiles for air defense systems that could be transferred to Ukraine. As reports Clash Report, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadeful said this, answering journalists’ questions about the lack of air defense in Ukraine.

“Partly because we don’t have them anymore. Those anti-aircraft missiles that still remain, in particular for the Patriot systems, are made in America. Honestly, everything that is now coming out of the production shops immediately goes to Ukraine. This is happening within the framework of a mechanism that is mainly financed by Europeans, primarily Germany,” Wadeful explained.

The minister emphasized that Berlin cannot be considered guilty in this situation, since the country has already transferred all available weapons to Ukraine and continues to provide the bulk of the financing for the military aid coming to Kyiv.

“We provided everything we had”, – Wadeful emphasized.

He also noted that this is fair, because Ukraine is currently deterring threats to all of Europe, protecting its freedom from aggression.

At the same time, the German Foreign Minister called on other European states to be more actively involved in strengthening Ukrainian air defense and recalled the statements of German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius regarding the need to review partners’ stocks and accelerate the transfer of existing assets, adding that Germany has repeatedly taken such steps.
