In 6 months, 100 thousand reports were submitted to Army+ for a change of place of service

The function of submitting a report on a change of service location appeared in the Army+ application six months ago, and during this period servicemen have already submitted 100,000 reports. About this reported Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.

“We have launched the transfer report to enable people to move to where they can apply their skills to the Defense Forces as effectively as possible. During this time, 32,000 military personnel have already entered new units or are preparing for transfer. We do not stop there. Thank you to the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the daily work with the processing of all reports. We are working on making the transfer process even more convenient for the military.” – noted Chernogorenko.

For half a year after the launch of the reporting function in the application, the team of the Ministry of Defense constantly improved its work. In particular, the submission process was simplified — a block with templates of the required documents and an automatic check of their relevance was added. This made it possible to reduce the number of errors, since previously the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine often rejected reports due to a lack of data, providing clarification on what needs to be corrected.

If approved, the Personnel Center prepares an order for officers or a transfer order for soldiers and noncommissioned officers. Both documents are mandatory. The Central Directorate for the Protection of Servicemen’s Rights, together with military administration bodies, responds to cases of commanders ignoring such decisions and monitors their implementation.
