In the Dnipropetrovsk region, ARMA disposes of dangerous products

Disposal of 300 tons of spoiled food products is underway on the territory of the Romerm LLC production complex in the Dnipropetrovsk region. As informs Agency for search and management of assets (ARMA), this is an important step to ensure environmental security in the region and development of the enterprise.
The other day, the management of ARMA conducted an inspection of the products to be disposed of. Based on the results of the review, the agency plans to contact the regional commission for technological and ecological safety and emergency situations of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to resolve the issue of liquidation of the emergency situation. For this, ARMA actively cooperates with the State Production and Consumer Service and enlists the support of the Government and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
The plant was arrested in August 2022, and in January 2023 it was handed over to ARMA, which valued the complex at more than UAH 558 million. There are still 300 tons of semi-finished products in the company’s warehouses, which were not sold and disposed of.
At the initiative of the South-Eastern Interregional Territorial Administration of ARMA, the State Production and Consumer Service State Administration in Dnipropetrovsk Region conducted an unscheduled inspection. The management of ARMA together with the arbitration manager, the manager of rehabilitation of “Yermak Gold” LLC and the director of “Romerm” LLC made a trip to assess the condition of the products that need to be disposed of.
Based on the results of the inspection, an act will be drawn up and an order will be issued to eliminate violations. In addition, the employees of the South-Eastern MTU ARMA will contact the regional commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergency situations for further actions aimed at eliminating the emergency situation.
