In the Kherson region, the Russian Federation carried out a drone attack on the village of Tyahynka, there is a dead person
The Russian army carried out a drone attack on the village of Tyaginka in the Kherson region, as a result of which one person died. About this reported prosecutor’s office of the region.
“The military forces of the Russian Federation attacked a civilian car with a drone in the village of Tyaginka of the Beryslav district of the Kherson region. A man died as a result of dropping explosives.”, the message says.
In connection with the incident, a pre-trial investigation into the fact of a war crime that led to the death of a person has been initiated, according to ch. 2 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
“Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”, – said the prosecutor’s office.
The regional military administration clarified that the explosives were thrown directly on the car, as a result of which the man who was in it died on the spot. His identity is currently being established.
