The Ukrainian woman received a summons and a warning from the head of the TCC, but she did not appear at the military commissariat. She was punished for evading military registration.
The details are known from sentence of the Mukachevo City and District Court of the Transcarpathian Region from May 13.
According to the court, the accused, who has a secondary specialized medical education in the specialty “Nursing”, received a summons on April 9 with a summons to April 10 to undergo a medical examination. Despite warnings about the consequences of evading military registration, she did not appear at the military commissariat without valid reasons.
The woman admitted her guilt and agreed to a simplified trial, asking to be punished with a fine.
The court took into account the sincere remorse of the evader as mitigating circumstances, and came to the conclusion that “correction of the accused is possible without isolation from society.” The Ukrainian woman was found guilty and fined 5,100 hryvnias.
