In Ukraine, services for obtaining the status of a veteran with a disability and a family member of the deceased have been digitalized

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs, together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs, implemented a digital service for obtaining the statuses of a person with a disability due to war (OIVV) and a family member of a deceased (deceased) defender or defender (CSZ). From now on, registration can be carried out without the need to fill out paper documents, informs press service of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

It is possible to obtain the status of OIVV and ČZCH not only at the TsNAP, but also through the “Diya” portal. To do this, you need to submit an application to the nearest Administrative Services Center or use the “Action” service.

At the same time, the agency notes that only persons who have a Taxpayer’s Registration Card Registration Number (RNOKPP) can submit an application to the TsNP without filling out a paper form. Consideration of the application and decision on granting status may take up to 30 days.

“We are creating a state without barriers, where veterans and their families can quickly receive important services without red tape. This is more than digitization – it is about caring for those who need it most.” — noted the Minister of Veterans Affairs Nataliya Kalmykova.
