Netanyahu named the conditions for ending the military operation against Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that strikes on Iran will stop after the Islamic Republic’s nuclear weapons capabilities are destroyed or if Tehran agrees to abandon uranium enrichment as proposed by US President Donald Trump. This is what he is about informs Fox News.
“Well, it’s going to end when we destroy nuclear power, and we will.” – explained the Prime Minister of Israel.
Netanyahu also responded to a statement by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who claimed that Iran would stop attacks on Israel if Tel Aviv stopped its strikes. An Iranian official also accused Israel of disrupting talks between Iran and the US on the nuclear deal.
“Well, first of all, this is nonsense. While they were negotiating, the Ayatollah himself tweeted over and over: “Death to Israel. Israel must be destroyed.’ So that’s some good will, right? Also, the Iranians were unscrupulous because they lied. And we saw that in our intelligence. That was very clear. And the U.S. had the same intelligence. One of the greatest strengths of our unprecedented cooperation that began under President Trump is that we share every bit of information.” – said Netanyahu.
According to him, Israel will not agree to a truce that would allow Iran to continue developing nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.
“The question is not de-escalation. The question is not a ceasefire. The question is stopping the things that threaten our survival. And we want to stop them. And I think we can achieve that. But if the Iranians are willing to accept President Trump’s terms, that’s another matter.”, the politician added.
