Over 2,600 foreign companies opened in Ukraine during the war

According to opendatabase, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, foreigners have founded 2,652 companies. Among the leaders in terms of the number of open businesses are citizens of Turkey, Uzbekistan, Poland and the USA.

Entrepreneurs from Turkey founded 354 companies, which is 13% of the total number of new businesses with foreign beneficial owners. Uzbekistan is in second place in terms of the number of established companies (274 companies), and Poland (193 companies) rounds out the top three. The top ten also included the USA, Kazakhstan, Germany, Azerbaijan and Israel.

The largest business opened by foreigners since the beginning of the full-scale war belongs to a citizen of Armenia – the company “TENS1MA” LLC with a charter capital of 1.28 billion UAH. The second place is occupied by the American investment fund “Yugen” with the authorized capital of UAH 700 million, and the third place is the Polish company LLC “LFS” with the authorized capital of UAH 300 million.

In general, investments in Ukraine during the war came from citizens of 100 countries.
