Ingredients:

Eggs – 4 pcs.

Oat flakes – 30 g.

Spinach – 10 g.

Hard cheese – 10 g.

Bulgarian pepper – 50 g.

Salt and spices – to taste.

Preparation stages:

1) Break 4 chicken eggs into a blender bowl. With its help, we will speed up the process of preparing our breakfast.

2) Fresh spinach must be washed under running water. Add its leaves to the blender.

3) Add oatmeal, salt and spices to taste to the bowl of our blender.

4) All the ingredients must be beaten to a homogeneous mass.

5) Pour the finished whipped mixture into the molds. You can use disposable forms made of paper or silicone for cupcakes. They will not burn your breakfast.

6) Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and add to the molds. You can add any ingredients: mushrooms, melted cheese, avocado, tomato or even meat. In any version, you will get a very tasty and healthy breakfast.

7) We send our forms to the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

8) 5 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the molds with grated cheese. You can also add fresh herbs.

9) Delicious!
