“The head of Brovarska district state administration, Volodymyr Maibozhenko, will be dismissed
This is the only correct step after the terrible incident that happened in Brovary and as a result of which 4 people were injured. In particular, 3 adults and one child. The victims are provided with all necessary assistance, primarily medical. Such behavior of an official is unacceptable! I appeal to the law enforcement officers to provide a proper legal assessment of this event as soon as possible“, Kravchenko emphasized.
Currently, the law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings under Article 286-1 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules of safe driving of a vehicle by persons who are in a state of alcohol intoxication), which provides for a punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years with a ban on driving vehicles.
