The Ministry of Health cancelled 74 disability groups issued to persons liable for military service by the Khmelnytsky MSEC

After the inspection, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine annulled the conclusions of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) on granting disability to 74 conscripts. About this informs “Ukrainian News” publication. The ministry emphasized that they are currently actively cooperating with law enforcement agencies within the framework of the investigation of a criminal case related to the activities of this commission.

According to official information, 18,779 medical expert cases were analyzed at this time. It was found that in 3,146 cases, the decisions of the MSEC were questionable, and an additional examination was ordered for them. After review, in 74 cases the previous conclusions were reversed.

The results of the inspection show that in 38 cases the II disability group was changed to III, and in 36 cases the disability was completely canceled. The inspection of the activities of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK is ongoing.

We will remind, the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK, Tetiana Krupa, is suspected of involvement in the scheme of illegal enrichment due to the forgery of medical documents for conscripts who sought to avoid service. During the search of her office, investigators found $100,000, forged medical documents and lists of people who tried to avoid mobilization due to fake diagnoses. More than 5 million dollars, 5 million hryvnias, 300 thousand euros, expensive jewelry and documents that may indicate money laundering schemes through business projects were seized from her house.
