On July 26, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games took place in Paris. At the ceremony, the issue of gender equality in art was raised. In particular, it was noted that there are 240 statues of men in Paris and only 40 sculptures dedicated to women. After the Olympics, they promise that this situation will improve.

Despite this, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris caused international outrage due to the depiction of religious and historical figures in the style of drag queens. informs Fox News.

Many famous people in the world have declared the decline of Europe because of the scandal at the opening ceremony of the Olympics.

Criticism from religious and cultural figures

Harrison Butker, an NFL football player known for his speech on the Catholic faith, quoted passage of Scripture to condemn the play, writing: “Do not deceive yourself, God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap. He who sows to his body will also reap corruption, and he who sows to the spirit will reap eternal life.”.

Transgender influencer Oli London described this scene like this: “The Olympiad openly mocks Jesus’ Last Supper, as drag queens dressed as women play the role of the disciples, while a plus-sized woman appears in the middle to represent Jesus wearing a giant crown.”.

“The Olympic Games actually turned into one long drag show,” — wrote Libs cultural commentator on TikTok who opposes the “awakening”.

Feedback from French politicians

Conservative French politician and member of the European Parliament Marion Marechal, speaking at CPAC in the United States, warned international viewers that the polarizing display did not represent French people like her.

“To all the Christians of the world watching the #Paris2024 ceremony and feeling offended by this parody of the Last Supper, know that this is not France speaking, but a left-wing minority ready for any provocation”, – wrote she.

The authorities in Paris gave permission for Amurna’s affairs

After Tokyo’s ban on intimate relationships due to COVID-19, athletes in Paris have been allowed to engage in amorous affairs again. 300,000 condoms were delivered for 9,000 athletes living in the Olympic town. Even before the start of the Olympics in Paris, the topic of sex is actively discussed.

The so-called “anti-sex beds” made of cardboard attracted special attention. The organizers explained that these beds are made of ecological materials, and there are no prohibitions on sexual contact. Irish gymnast Rhys McClenaghan, who tested the “anti-sex bed” in Tokyo with jumps, has now tested sleeping places in Paris. He assured that the bed does not break due to sudden movements and can withstand sufficient weight.

Although sexual relations are allowed in the Olympic town, alcohol is officially prohibited there. Perhaps the 350-meter buffet with soft drinks will be able to comfort the athletes a little.
