The Russian army massively attacked Ukraine, explosions were heard in several cities

On the night of July 19, Russian troops launched a massive bombardment of Ukraine, using drones, missiles and anti-aircraft missiles. Explosions rang out in several cities. In Odesa, as a result of shelling, it is known about one dead woman, informs State Emergency Service.
“As a result of a Russian drone attack in Odesa, a fire broke out from the 6th to the 9th floors of a 9-story residential building. Five people were rescued from the burning apartments. One woman died.”, says the message.
Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov clarified, that the residents of the affected buildings can find temporary shelter in the building of the kindergarten, which is located near the place where the liquidation of the consequences of the impact is ongoing. They also offer tea or water. Emergency services, district administration and Red Cross volunteers continue to work at the site. There is an operational headquarters.
In addition to Odesa, Pavlograd and Shostka are also under massive attack today. Pavlograd was attacked by kamikaze drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles. As a result of the impact, infrastructure objects were damaged and fires broke out. By in words head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, it was the most massive shelling of the city. The fire department, industrial facilities and a five-story residential building were damaged.
Shostka was attacked by about 35 “shaheeds”, as well as aerial guided bombs. According to local residents, the strikes were aimed at the Zirka Shostkin factory, one of the oldest manufacturers of ammunition in Ukraine.
Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Poland stated, which involved aviation in response to Russia’s combined attack against Ukraine:
“According to the current procedures, the Operational Command of the Russian Armed Forces deployed all available forces and means, took another pair of fighter jets into the air, and the ground means of air defense and radar reconnaissance were put on the highest alert.”
